Access to the third floor apartment is via the entrance shown top right. Once through the main door there is a short corridor shown at the top of the plan which provides access to this apartment and one other. We have endeavoured to make the plan as accurate as possible and also to scale.

There are six windows in the apartment. The three in the lounge and the two in the larger bedroom all offer a view along the beach towards Jullouville and Granville. The one in the smaller double bedroom has a view across the Bay of Mont Saint Michel to Cancale.
